Askamnia Villa and Suites is located just 400m after Metamorfosi and 4km before Center Nikiti.

It is 80m from the sea, and a short walk to the beach leads to the shade. The beach is narrow and gravel on the shore, with watercourses, it has a natural shade, and there is also a sandy part that can be reached by foot. To guests of the villa Askamnia,  sunshades and  sun chairs.

This quality accommodation offers comfortable family suits (60sqm) with two bedrooms , suites 1 room 2-3 persons (40sqm)and suite (30sqm) for 2 people, with spacious terraces or balcony. The villa is very well maintained, so everything is clean and precise.

Double suites have one 1 doublebed or two single beds, while triples have one double and a single sofa bed. The quadruple suites has one double bed in the bedroom and  kitchen. The duplex suites has two double beds, or one double and two single beds and a sofa bed and a kitchen. All the suites have an equipped kitchenette with a mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and necessary dishes, wireless internet and a terrace-balconz with sitting furniture.

The auxiliary bed can be added in most of the units.

Villa Askamnia and Suites units are cleaned every day, while towels change everyday and linen are replaced after three days.

Within the enclosed and beautifully arranged courtyard with greenery, there's a swimming pool with a part for children, snack bar, deck chairs, umbrellas, a small fitness centre with exercise equipment and private parking with enough space for everyone. Extensive buffet breakfast is served in the poolside bar.

Driving along the main road Poligirou – Agiou Nikolaou from Metamorfosi to Nikiti, at about 5km from Metamorfosi you'll see the turning toward Villa Askamnia and Suites on the right-hand side.
